July might as well be renamed Sale Season, because it feels like every major retailer is having a big sale this month. But there is none more prestigious and anticipated than the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, which began this week on July 8th. Not only is Nordstrom one of my go-to retailers that I’ve been shopping at since before I can even remember, but their yearly Anniversary Sale provides discounts for new items and fall classics before returning them to their full price for the season. They aren’t casting off last season’s leftovers but rather providing a chance to snag coveted on-trend items early. So of course you should be taking advantage of it!
There are thousands of items on sale, so it can be overwhelming to sort through and see what’s actually worth your investment. That’s why I’ve previewed the sale and bookmarked my top recommendations. Many of these items are brands or even exact products that I’ve tried and loved, so you can take my word for it! They are so comfortable and flattering, with a slight 70s flare, and luckily, quite a few Veronica Beard jeans are part of the Anniversary Sale. My brother and his wife got me UGG slippers for Christmas, and ever since, I’ve worn them every day around the house. I cannot believe how long it took me to adopt UGG slippers (I’ve had several boots over the years, of course) because there is literally nothing better.
Elemis Jumbo Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm
This is the cleansing balm that I use nightly to remove my makeup, and it has become one of my holy grail beauty items. This jumbo size is literally huge, so it will last you for months! Pro tip: I like to buy the big jar and use a sample-size jar that I can refill for travel.

My Béis check-in suitcase has served me incredibly well for international travel and long weekend getaways where I simply had to pack 3 outfits per day. Sam Edelman Woods Knee High Boot
As someone with annoying feet (bunions, foot surgery, the general annoying-ness of having size 10 feet), Sam Edelman is one of the only shoe brands that I know I’ll love every time. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is the perfect time to stock up on new boots and fall shoes, and I think these knee-high boots are a perfect option. I like the classic black leather, but they also come in brown suede and other colors, depending on your style preferences.
